Ticket Roles

There can be up to three parties to a ticket. The roles of these parties are…

  1. The Warrantor is responsible for delivering the service

  2. The Client requires service

  3. A Service Centre may deliver service to A Client on behalf of the Warrantor

Every ticket has a number of references by which it can be searched.
